    After a year of sharing Bear & Burton’s W Sauce® and Fireshire® with people all over the country, we regularly heard the same thing from some customers “I can’t have Worcestershire because I’m allergic to fish.” Immediately we knew we had to do something, so we created Veganshire®.     While working on making test batches one night Bear and Burton made a mistake and added way too many Habanero peppers. They might have had a drink or two, that fact is still disputed to this day. The batch was hot! But it also had an amazing pepper taste that complimented the original flavors so much they vowed to make it a separate sauce someday.

    Now the world is back and Bear And Burton’s W sauce is on the shelves. It truly is America’s Worcestershire. It’s Bigger, Better, Bolder and now Spicier than any sauce with that name.

    Direction:  Brine or Injection

    Mix 1/4 cup with 16 Fl/oz of water or your favorite liquid. We like to mix with chicken broth.

    Mixing Instructions:
    Chicken: Mix 1 cup of brine with 1/2 gallon of water, chicken stock, chicken broth, or your choice of liquid.
    Turkey: Mix entire contents of the package with 1 gallon of water or enough to completely submerge your turkey.
    Optional – You can warm the mixture in a saucepan to help dissolve the contents. Make sure you chill the mixture completely before submersing poultry.
