Cayenne Infused Sea Salt
The Cayenne Hot Peppers are Organically grown on the farm and harvested weekly throughout the growing season. Once harvested they are washed, dehydrated, ground, jarred, labeled, and sealed to ensure the freshest product for our customers. An extra step of infusing the ground Cayenne’s with a high quality Sea Salt is taken prior to them being jarred. Cayenne’s are rated between 30,000 and 50,000 on the Scoville Heat Scale.
